beginner to plastic canvas
is this tissue box easy enough for someone who has only been doing plastic canvas for about a year???

Hello,
This design uses diagonal, overcast and whipstitch stitches in it. So, if you are comfortable with those techniques, I would say that this design would be okay for you to do. The design only calls for 3 colors as well and only 2 pieces of 7 mesh plastic canvas so the supplies are minimal :)
