I ordered 2 packages of 7mesh sheets. I haven't received them yet & I was wondering if you keep record of orders, could I look at the order history & find out for sure when it shipped?

We do have records of all of our orders. Any questions regarding orders needs to go to our Customer Service department. You can call them at 800-800-8517 or email them using the Contact Us button on the homepage of the website. Just make sure to have your order number handy so they look up your order for you. They will be able to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your order though :) Thanks so much!
