I just received the cd for the software, I was hoping that there would be a tutorial on how to use it. Also, I tried to get the updates for the software, but it would not let me. Please help.

The software doesn't come with a paper manual. The manual and the tutorials are located within the program under the HELP menu. If you are having any type of issues with the software or getting it updated, you will have to contact their Technical Support department. They only offer technical support via email and you can contact them on their website under the Contact Us Page. Just copy and paste that link in your web browser. They answer email 24/7 so you should receive any responses fairly quickly. Thank you.
