You will need to contact our Customer Service dept so they can look up your account to see if your account is set up to receive emails from us. You can email them at sales@everythingplasticcanvas.com and make sure to give them the email address that your account is under so they can look it up. You also might want to check your email Spam or Junk folder to see if it went in there? Sometimes that happens?!
