What's more fun in the winter than sled riding down a hill? That's the excitment I tried to capture in the Sled Rider project. It is easy to make, with the only challenging part being the fur trim around the hood. That is created by tying knots in the yarn. Once the project is stitched, glue wired-ribbon in place to the scarf area making it look like it's flowing about freely. When you hang the Sled Rider on a door, window or wherever, it looks like the sled is going downhill.
