received only a paper design
I received in a 9x12 envelope today three "kits" that I thought I purchased....but the envelope contained only the three patterns....no plastic, no yarn, no needles etc. Wonder what happened???

The items that were ordered were pattern leaflets. When you click on the item and you are taken to the item page, you will see where it says "Product Type: Plastic Canvas Pattern Leaflets" meaning that the item is just a pattern. We do have a kit section for plastic canvas and those items can be found in the "Plastic Canvas Kits" link which is located on the right side of the homepage. If you need to return the patterns that you purchased, you can do so by contacting the customer service department either by phone or by email via the website. I hope this answers your question.
