I have not done such a complicated project before, I could use help on getting the design done the easliest way. do I change colors on each line or do one section at a time?

I also purchased the paisley baqg pattern and I find that this is beyond me does anyone have an idea of how to use all this yarn and can suggest a simpler pattern fo a senior lady?
