If you would please, I would like the finished product dimensions. Tissue boxes differ in size & I need to know that the one I buy will fit snuggly with this pattern.

This is what is listed on the leaflet as far as sizing:
Sides: 30 holes by 37 holes. Cut: 4
Top: 30 holes x 30 holes. Cut 1
Supplies needed:
1 1/4 sheets 7 count plastic canvas
worsted weight yarn as listed on color key
#16 tapestry needle.
