If you're having issues ordering online, you can always call us during business hours and place your order over the phone. I am not able to see what kind of issues you are having while trying to order so it's hard for me to help you with ordering online?! You should just be able to hit the "Check All" button that is listed underneath the supply list and then click the "Add to Cart" button in order to put them in your shopping cart. Once items are in your shopping cart, you can continue the checkout process.
