Quilted plastic canvas
This item says QUILTED. It is a description I have not seen before. Could enlighten me because I want to make these covers for christmas gifts.

I am not sure why the designer titled it this way, but it has nothing to do with quilting. This is a plastic canvas design only. Sorry for any confusion but the name is just how the designer titled it?!
