Are yall the pieces pre cut. Or do you have to cut them out your self.

The pieces do not come pre cut. This is a pattern for this specific design and the instructions will tell you what size of Plastic Canvas mesh/sheet to buy and how to cut it down to the design shown. Thank you :)
