Pre-Cut?
I would like to know if your kits like tis are pre-cut?

This kit, made my Tobin, just comes with a sheet of plastic canvas. So the design isn't pre cut. It does give you instructions on how to go about cutting and creating the pumpkin design out of the mesh. Hope this helps?!
