I am looking for placemat size canvas and want to make sure this canvas is stiff enough for a placemat. Can anyone tell me if it is or not?

This type of canvas is perfect for placemats. It's flimsy, but it does the job and placemats have been made in this size, the artist size (20" x 13"), and there is also a canvas with rounded edges made specifically for placemats. You can type "oval" in the search box here to find them.
