I am looking for firefighter and EMS and medical patterns such as tissue box holders,coasters,firetrucks,ambulances,any patterns would be greatly appreciated.

Try Annie's web site. They have a pattern book of emergency vehicles and equipment with emergency personnel in large size for kids tops. I also got a book from JoAnns with a fire engine. The cover of the book has an alligator tissue box on it.

Go to ebay, in the search engine box, type in plastic canvas firetruck tissue box cover or whatever other pattern you are looking for. You should find a few.
