Do the patterns for flowers come with the vase pattern????????????????????????????

No, the pattern is just for the vase itself. I believe the designer used real flowers to showcase the model for their front cover. Thanks :)

The flowers were purchased at Dollar General and they are silk flowers. I'm a good friend of the designer.
