Where can I get a sheet this project requires? 12 5/8 X 13 5/8"

Darice doesn't manufacture that exact size of sheet so you would have to buy the Artist sized sheet which is 13 5/8 x 22 5/8 and cut it down to the size you need. I did a google search for the specific size you posted about and all that came up was the Artist sheet size that we have available on our website. Hope this helps!
