Order did not arrive

I placed an order on 4-17-26 and it was was shipped on 4-20-26. I checked the order status and it said my order is completed and should have arrived already. If not to contact you. My order number is 224377. What do I need to do?

Quick question, please - just curious - the description does not mention that there are patterns for the various buildings shown in the photo - are there patterns for the various buildings? Thanks.

England calling

Please would you give me a list of patterns that are purchased on line and not through the post ,For me I cannot get the patterns I want as they dont ship to the UK.

You charged my card $ 22.43 for 6 x 7 mesh plastic canvas but I received only 3 and you emailed me that other 3 is out of stock so will be back order and will send once there’s is available up to this date I haven’t receive any
