Hi there Everyone!

Our offices will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday. So that means our offices will be close today (Friday) at 5pm EST and will reopen at 8am EST on Tuesday, Sept. 8th.

Any phone messages and orders placed during our closure will not be handled until return to the office on Tuesday. Emails to our Customer Service will still be answered but repsonse times may be longer than usual due to it being a holiday weekend.

Looking over the instructions I saw no where what goes on the back of the pumpkin. Is the back the same as the front?

The downloaded pattern is difficult to read and there are no stitches given. The colors used obscure the stitches. The bat pattern is especially hard to see. I would like to ask the pattern developer to send the names of the stitches used. Second request

I think I have asked this question before but had no reply. Is it possible to purchase this pattern as a digital download please The cost of having it shipped by post to the UK is astronomical. Many Thanks June x

So I picked a tissue topper and there was an option to see what colors and qty of yarn is needed, now cannot find where that info is. Can you help?

is this just a pattern or does it come pre cut

When you place an order, how long before it gets mailed out? I ordered on July 31st and it’s now Aug 10. Site just says processed aug 3rd
