Is there a can that the outside covering is attached to or is it free standing?

I am looking at the music note tissue box plastic canvas and I am unclear on whether the price is just for the directions or if it is a complete kit with the plastic, yarn and needle?

I am looking for 10count canvas in different colors. Have a book for 10 count canvas however can't find it.
